Terms And Conditions
Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this website, or continuous using it and bear at your sole risk.

These Terms and Conditions May Change
Minwa reserves the rights to modify the Polices and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notification. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this website.

1. Orders, prices and payment policy
1.1 Customer shall bear all country, provincial, government, state and local sales, use, goods and services, value added, excise, privilege and similar levies/taxes.
1.2 Online payment is of the essence. We make upon receipt of your order.
1.3 We will only deliver goods to you once we confirmed payment tractions.
1.4 We do not accept any credit payment, all payment must be made in full before physical delivery of goods.
1.5 We accept Visa and Master cards, you may select currencies from USD, HKD or CN for payments. Exchange rate for others will be based on terms and conditions you agreed with your bank.

2. Delivery
2.1 Minwa shall deliver the products to the destinations designated by customer and agreed to by Minwa.
2.2 If you are ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with you and Minwa has no control or liability for them.
2.3 Any dates quoted by Minwa for the delivery of the products are approximate only and shall not form part of the contract. Minwa shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products

3. Return Policy
3.1 For any defective products, Minwa will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us provided they are faulty or delivered to you in error.
3.2 If you do not receive damaged goods but are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you are able to cancel your order provided we receive written notice of your cancellation and you return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will not proceed any returns beyond 14 days upon receipt of goods.
3.3 Damaged goods are product which shows symptoms of basic operation failure, or fails to perform the stated functions, upon its first use out of the box. And Minwa reserve the rights on defining them.

4. Limitation liability
4.1 Minwa will be responsible for any losses suffered by you if the losses suffered were reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale was formed. We will not be liable for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale is formed.
For example, any damage on appliances due to the wrong matching adaptor or power supply will not be count as Minwa's fault and liability.
4.2 Any damage during delivery will be excluded in Minwa's liability.
4.3 Minwa shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products or services, even if Minwa has been advised of their possibility.
4.4 Any functioning response times stated by Minwa or found in technical information are approximate only and Minwa shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from its failure to meet such response times, howsoever occasioned.
4.5 Neither party shall be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party so delaying, and such party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

5. Warranty
5.1 Minwa warrants to the customer that Minwa branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting normal functioning for a period of one year from invoice date.
5.2 This 1 year warranty does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Minwa, usage or storage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, normal wear and tear, act of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence.
5.3 During the one-year period beginning on the invoice date, Minwa will repair or replace products returned to Minwa. Customer must prepay shipping and transportation charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during such shipment and transportation. Minwa will ship the repaired or replacement products to Customer freight prepaid.

6. Typographical inaccuracies
6.1 The information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
6.2 We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by law, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the HKSAR courts in relation to any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions or the contract between us.
7.2 Products sold hereunder, are not only subject to the export control laws and regulations of the HKSAR but may also be subject to the export control laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received.
